- Your goods are then passed to our logistics partners.
- Our logistics partner will call you to book in your delivery.
- Your order is then delivered.

All our mattresses are made to your specific requirements and delivered within 3-7 working days to the majority of UK mainland postcodes.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a telephone call from one of our dedicated team members to confirm the exact requirements of your order.
Once confirmed, your order will be passed to our production team.
We offer all customers an estimated lead-time, which is dependent on postcode area. This lead-time will be confirmed by our delivery partners 24-48 hours prior to your delivery slot. Please ensure your contact number is correct so the transport team can contact you.
